My name is Stefano and I take care of the reception of our  guests, as well as of their needs and desires, in order to make  their stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. I make sure everything  is to their liking and I do my best to satisfy the needs of every  holiday.

My task does not limit to your entrance into the hotel, as I am  always at your disposal to make suggestions and help you in the choice  of the best solutions to spend your free time: restaurants, clubs,  places of historical and cultural interest, cultural events and local  curiosities. I love this land and it is very important to me to let our  guests know and love it!

I am the first person our guests meet and this is a  responsibility that I take up every day with the utmost attention,  trying to find out the best solutions for everyone.

Thanks to this work, I met a lot of people from all around the  world and I learnt that everyone lives in his own world and has some  different needs that require some personalized attentions: just these  attentions make a holiday unique!
